WAW-2000E Computer Control Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

WAW- E Series Computer Control Electro-hydraulic Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine adopts double space and under cylinder structure.

The tensile space is between upper and middle crosshead. It is mainly do sample’s tensile test.

The compression space between the worktable and the middle crosshead it is mainly do the sample’s compression, bending shearing and other test.

Both the tensile space and the compression space can be automatically adjusted by rotating the screw and driving the middle crosshead to move up and down.

The test machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other tests of metal materials. It can be used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, bending and other tests of other types of specimens.

The closed-loop servo control system consisting of controller, servo valve, load cell, displacement sensor,  and computer can automatically and accurately control the test process and automatically measure test parameters such as test force, displacement and deformation.

The test machine can realize equal-rate test force, constant-rate deformation, equal-rate displacement test, etc., and can realize three-stage control of force, deformation and displacement in one test, and can smoothly convert between each control.

The test parameters are processed by computer and software, which can automatically control the test process and automatically find the test results. The test curve and test results are displayed in real time by a computer screen, and the test report and test curve can be printed.
